Questions people usually ask
Do you take a cut of each order?
No. There are no commissions or per-order fees. Pro is a flat $19 a month whether you get ten orders or a thousand.
How do customers pay?
However they pay you now — cash on delivery, bank transfer, card at pickup. OrderFast doesn't handle payments; it just gets the order to you clearly.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. Orders are sent as a normal WhatsApp message to whatever number you add, so regular WhatsApp is fine.
Does it replace my POS?
No, it sits alongside whatever you already use. Think of it as a better way to receive the orders you're already getting on WhatsApp.
Do my customers need an app?
No. Your menu is a regular web page. If they have WhatsApp on their phone, they can order.
What happens after 10 items on the free plan?
You'll need Pro to add more. Pro also removes the OrderFast branding from your page and lets you pick your own colour. It comes with a 7-day free trial.
